This was never a choice. Creativity, beauty, conjuring feeling. Those things have been at my core, fascinating me as far back as my oldest memory (drawing Ninja Turtles in my kindergarten notebooks.) And I’ve had a chance to try a little of everything during my journey to—and throughout—my career.
Now after endless learning experiences, surviving deadline chaos, and developing a penchant for organization across continents (admittedly type-A), I’m just grateful. And I focus on innovative work because it’s my contribution to a life that gave me certainty in my purpose early, and a way to shake the table until everyone is seated comfortably.
